| Each year we attract 100,000 visitors and are now looking
to fill two vacancies that have arisen on our increasingly popular railway.
Ideally having a heritage railway background the successful candidates
will work with our enthusiastic volunteers to take our development plans
forward. |
| Permanent Way Ganger & Driver |
| A physically fit and suitably experienced person is required
to take responsibility for track maintenance on 6¾ route miles of
heritage railway. During the operating season the duties will involve driving
steam trains. |

| Management Assistant Closing

| We feel that there is a need for a strengthening our
management structure to ensure that things happen and that time is released
to grow our business. We are looking for someone who is not only able to
organise tasks but is also a practical “doer” able to get involved in a
hands on way. This post will support the General Manager who works closely
with the Commercial & Finance Directors (both of whom are volunteers)
to run the railway. |
