Update: The Devon Diesel Society’s Autumn Beer Festival will be held at Staverton as usual.
This year it is from Friday 27th to Monday 30th August inclusive.
It is to feature 45 real ales and 10 craft beers on taps plus ciders, wines, gins, Prosecco and Pimms.
The bars will open at 11.00 on each day and close at 21.00 on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and at 18.00 on Monday.
All beers and ciders are priced at £4.00 per pint, £2.00 per half pint.
Tea, coffee and Cakes will be available from the buffet car located in the bay platform. Hot food will be available in the yard area.
There will be a BBQ Friday and Saturday with Chilli on Sunday ( 17. 0 to 20. 0 )
Due to limited parking at Staverton there will be a special train service – see timetable.
Note: GWR offers through ticketing from local stations ( change at Totnes ) so why not leave the car at home ?
Note: Due to the ongoing cautious return to normal from the COVID-19 pandemic, the normal train service between Buckfastleigh and Totnes does NOT stop at Staverton.
Customers for the beer festival must use the special train service provided.
