The annual Sponsored Walk, 2016, takes place this Saturday – 16th July. It starts at Totnes Littlehempston station as soon as the last down train has cleared Bishop’s Bridge, i.e. about 4.50pm. Free refreshments are available at Totnes before the start, courtesy of the Station Group, and at Staverton, also courtesy of the Station Group. On return to Buckfastleigh there is a free barbecue, again courtesy of the Station Group. Proceeds are divided between the three station groups and the SDRT Museum.
