04th August 2016 One SDR Engineering have taken delivery of the first Bulleid boilers for repair after several groups have decided to pool their resources and share the costs. –5542 Ltd’s Auto, 233, enters service after a thorough overhaul. –The SDR are running the Routemaster to the british Fireworks Championship in Plymouth again this year.

SDRE Wheel press (wrapped for Christmas). 29th November 2013 Three In October 2011 SDR Engineering commissioned its wheel press and started on repair of a Mansel wheelset. In the following February the wheelset was re-assembled.
November 2013 saw the press get its own tent to ward of the winter weather.
